  I needed to have important documents shipped internationally, so I went to the Laurel FedEx Office, Print & Ship Center on a recent Saturday. Kiara assisted me. She was awesome! Kiara competently and knowledgeably walked me through the process ensuring that everything was in order with customs forms, labels, etc. I appreciated her kind and friendly demeanor and her patience with my many questions! I was in and out of there quickly and painlessly, and my mind is at ease knowing my package has arrived at its destination. Thank you, Kiara, for the stellar customer service!

  I hate going to this location for fedex dropoff. Staff really dont care and rude. We to drop of package my label did not print out clearly. Asked if they could reprint my label. The said they could not and gave me card w an email address. Not sure I was supposed to do with that. I would have to home Called fedex customer service and thay assisted Not sure why this location exist Here comes AI.. This location is asking customers to email labels. Which goes to the front counter and then they put label on the package. Must be technical issues

  Customer service is really bad all the representatives are rude and not helpful at all.
