  Really? You cant ground ship a battery? Fedex does it everyday. Why cant I drop a package off here? Its going on a truck anyway unless yall have some secret helicopter pickup service.

  I had issues with my phone sending pre paid label to fed ex computer..took me over 1 hour..2 people there tried to get it to work..and then gave up..told me to go stand by front window..I refused to leave ..finally a lady in back came out and she did something on their computer and it finally went through..it was very frustrating and I had 20 things from fed ex to delete off my phone..I felt customer service was lacking and it wasn't a good experience..in Pa..they scan off your phone then print ..I feel they should have a better system .

  I've been here several times with OK services, but on this last visit, the lady was impatient and gave off an “I know it all” attitude. I dropped off a prepaid international package; she said she knew what to do and charged me $18 to pack the items. She said I could leave it and she would package it. Fast forward to when the package was delivered; they charged me an additional $70+ because she used a gigantic box to ship two phones and a small router.

  Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible, unprofessional staff. Electronic Communication services are a total joke. Avoid at.all costs!!!!

  Never in my life have I experienced a lack of customer service like I did today. Clearly, asking a question detracts the ladies working there from their personal conversation, which they have decided is unacceptable. They refused to print on my paper after I confirmed it was laser, demanding to see packaging I didn’t have with me, as I store my expensive label paper together. At that point, I was totally willing to buy more expensive paper, but they refused to help me identify that also! Most was on the top shelf (which I can’t reach), so at that point I left. An hour wasted attempting to get five sheets of paper printed.
