I've been trying to fix an ongoing problem with one of my vehicles. The check engine lights keeps coming on. On 3 separate occasions I went to this location ( weeks apart) to see if they could check it for me. On all occasions there was always not enough people at work that one could go outside and check it for me. The help or lack of is very poor here.

I would like to share my experience as a frequent customer of this establishment.
I usually visit this store because it is close to my home, mainly to purchase oil for my vehicle, so I typically do not require assistance. However, on this occasion I went looking for lights for my car, and the service provided by the female employee Vilma was completely unacceptable.
On previous visits, I had already noticed her consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude, which often makes even a simple checkout experience uncomfortable. I had never left a review before because I had not had a direct issue until now.
During this visit, her behavior was arrogant, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She showed no willingness to assist customers, and her tone of communication was inappropriate and discourteous.
I considered addressing the situation more directly in the moment, but instead chose to leave this review so that management can properly address the issue and ensure employees are trained to treat customers with respect.
No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected when simply trying to receive basic assistance.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service standards, as this directly affects the reputation of the business.

Ms. Vilmar treated us extremely poorly. Instead of offering help, she raised her voice at us and spoke in a harsh, disrespectful, and discriminatory manner. We were simply looking at oil filters as customers, yet we were made to feel unwelcome and humiliated.
I have always been a loyal customer and have even recommended this place to my friends, telling them it was the best. But after what happened today, that perception has completely changed. This experience was deeply unpleasant and honestly left me feeling discriminated against and disrespected.
No customer should ever be treated this way.
