  I visited the store to purchase a battery, and Charlie assisted me throughout the process. Initially, after looking up the battery information, he informed me that he might not be able to install it. He then asked me to bring my vehicle around so he could take a closer look. After inspecting the vehicle, he confirmed that he was able to perform the installation. Charlie was professional, courteous, and completed the battery installation efficiently and without any issues. His willingness to take the time to assess the situation and ensure the job was done correctly reflects excellent customer service. He is a valuable employee and a great representative of the company.

  It’s advertised that they can test your battery but I was told there’s a 50/50 chance the battery tester will work.

  He name is Charlie I went into the store to buy windshield wipers for my car, and the young man who was helping me was extremely rude. I went back inside to double check if I had the correct sizes because the ones on my car were 16 and 18. When I asked him if those were the right numbers, he said, “I don’t know,” with an attitude. So I asked if he could please check for me by looking up the model and year of my car, and he acted like it was a problem to help me. He had glasses, long hair, was a little heavy set, and had a big nose. I’m describing him because his behavior was unacceptable. I was simply asking for help, and there was no reason for him to be so rude and dismissive. I left feeling very upset and disappointed with the customer service I received.
