  I visited the store to purchase a battery, and Charlie assisted me throughout the process. Initially, after looking up the battery information, he informed me that he might not be able to install it. He then asked me to bring my vehicle around so he could take a closer look. After inspecting the vehicle, he confirmed that he was able to perform the installation. Charlie was professional, courteous, and completed the battery installation efficiently and without any issues. His willingness to take the time to assess the situation and ensure the job was done correctly reflects excellent customer service. He is a valuable employee and a great representative of the company.

  Purchased a battery in June 2024 With a four-year warranty. The battery is now having issues one year later. I’ve returned to swap out my battery and then being towed that they don’t even sell this battery. Unfortunately, Charlie installed a battery that they don’t even sell and I have a receipt for it as well as on the battery. It is dated the same date that I purchased from advanced auto parts In Laurel. The manager, the district manager in corporate are not doing anything. So I am now filing with the Attorney General for deceptive business practices.

  Bad costumes service and Bad quality parts make in chaina. I just put it in and I broke and the guy in store says he cannot exchange or do refund 😡

  Charlie was a huge help! Alternator blew up and belt came off during my 10hr road trip back home. Called the store and they had an alternator in stock. Limped it over there with no power steering or brakes while hauling my 11k lb 35ft trailer. Made it there and Charlie assisted me to make sure I had everything I need and let me borrow some of his personal tools. Let me wash and clean my hands after the job was done.
