WHERE IS CORPORATE??? Management, you need to read this! Hands down, the absolute best customer service out of any UPS I visit, and I use UPS A LOT all across the DMV!!! Amelio and Brian specifically!! No matter the day, volume, businesses, rudeness of a customer….they are consistently professionaL! In 2026, that is unfortunately rare. I’m super busy, so when I right a review, it’s because the service was just that wonderful or horrible…This really should be commended! Great job guys!

I brought a heavy a package to be returned. I was given the receipt and the next day the heavy package is back at my doorstep! INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT TO THE SELLER THEY DELIVERED IT BACK TO ME!!

My go to UPS. Always excellent service. Everyone is pleasant, friendly and helpful. I'm sad it only has a 3.5 rating. Shout out to the caribbean woman in the front, she's the best!
