I have seen multiple complaints on this platform regarding the individual who identifies himself as the owner of this establishment. While I personally do not engage in conversation with him during my visits, he frequently attempts to initiate interactions, often with unprofessional remarks such as "that's a lot of shoes there" I usually ignore him because like, we're not friends bro. Do your job and get out of my face. It is perplexing why someone would choose a customer service role if they are disinclined to serve customers and moreover, serve them professionally as comparable compensation is available in various other professions. My recent experience unequivocally demonstrated his unprofessional demeanor. Apparently, observing my solo presence, he exhibited a discourteous attitude, instructing me to take my package elsewhere due to a complaint I lodged regarding the slow service. This occurred at the register, where the clerk also refused to provide a receipt, and the "owner" directed me to the UPS store in Waldorf. Notably, his behavior differs significantly when my husband accompanies me. Given the prevalence of similar complaints, it appears there is a consistent issue with his conduct with women only......humz...... I advise patrons to avoid this location if possible. Alternatives for Amazon returns include Kohl's, Staples and Fed Ex now! While regular shipping services are available at the USPS. I utilized a photograph provided by another unsatisfied customer for reference.
