- NSNate SteinmanJul 13, 20265.0I love this UPS store. I have an online business and frequently go to it to drop off packages. Everyone is polite and friendly, especially T. T is wonderful and I always enjoy talking to her when I drop off packages. No complaints whatsoever.
- SFSeiji FurukawaJul 11, 20262.0Signed up online for a notary appointment twice and both times notary was not available. Staff was apologetic and it's not their fault - but the online listing being consistently wrong is not helpful. If a notary is not available on Saturdays at this location, then that should be reflected, instead of allowing individuals to book appointments and waste their time coming to get something notarized when a notary is not present.
- CHChris HJun 16, 20262.0I had set up an appointment for a notary and I showed up at my set time and they told me the notary wasn't there and to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and still no notary so the guy at UPS calls the notary that works there. He said they were on there way in. Eventually they got there and performed the service with multiple people waiting. I am giving 2 stars because I was at least able to get the service, but it is crazy to me to set up an appointment online and for them to not even guarantee someone will be in who can do it.
- GGG GJun 15, 20261.0I took an Amazon return to this store. Amazon said that I didn't need to package it - simply bring it to the store in its original box. Item was still sealed in original box. Clerk refused to take the return without it being inside a shipping box. Ended up having to buy a box from him before he would accept the return. He assured me he would take care of the packaging as a courtesy. I'd later confirmed with Amazon that the extra box was not needed, so I imagine the clerk just earned a nice profit from my box purchase while doing nothing at all. Nice hustle!
