  Went into the store. The store associate was with a customer. He didn't acknowledge me, say hello, say I'll be with you when I'm done with this gentleman, or let me know if another staff would assist. I left after waiting awhile. Why stay if I'm going to be ignored? One more instance of this, and I'll switch carriers. It's not worth it.

  They ask for your ID when you try to pay your line like I’m providing them all the information and I’m paying them money I would understand if I was doing any other type of service, and just bc I didn’t have my ID on my I couldn’t pay my line

  Jaime provided great customer service! My dad came in frustrated, Jaime was patient and very helpful! My dad left with a smile. The phone my dad wanted was available and the promotions are unbeatable! Jaime helped my dad transfer all of the information needed from his old phone. Thank you Jaime!
