The one lady got smart for no reason when I was asking a question.I was gonna get some other stuff and I started to put what I bought back,but that definitely was my last visit at that location.

Had a defective p/s pump purchased. Almost got into an accident due to failed new p/s pump.Asked the for a full refund. I guess the clerk was new, he did not know how to perform the refund function. Had to wait for a another parts clerk. She was with other customers taking awful long time. She had an attitude with me opening the returned box and telling me it was installed already and its used. Told her how would I know if the pump is working correctly without installing it, and driving it. Never asked why am I returning the part? That should have been the first question she should have asked.
It was worst customer service I have received. Never going back again.

Darly the manager was literally doing the best he could while he had frustration written on his face today 5/3 as older black women had no knowledge of anything from oil difference even walking away from customer were he had to pick up the slack. She answered a phone call and place the customer on hold as if she was busy. To walk up to a customer into the store and he said he didn't need no assistance.

This store is the worst advance auto in Maryland. Poor customer service and when you order online make sure the give you a right part because something they make mistakes.... Work on the associete this my advice.

Dishonest Practices and Poor Customer Service!!
I came in to buy a few items and noticed one priced at $21.49 was marked as “Buy One, Get One Free.” I picked up two.
At checkout, I noticed the total didn’t seem right. I pointed it out to the cashier, who confirmed the items were indeed labeled as “Buy One, Get One Free.” It wasn’t until I paid and got the receipt that I could confirm there was an error, as their customer facing terminal does not show the price of the items as they are scanned. I saw on the receipt that I was charged full price for both.
When I brought it up, the cashier argued it while telling another employee that I don’t know how to read a receipt. Then she tried to argue that the item was not “But One Get One”. It wasn’t until I took her over to the shelf that she realized the problem.
She called another employee to process the refund but the second employee said it was marked wrong. He went to the shelf, and confirmed the item number matched. But he still claimed it was wrong pulled off the “Buy One Get One Free” label and refused to honor the deal.
I asked to return the items for a refund, but they claimed their system was “down” and couldn’t process it, telling me I’d have to come back another time to get a refund or wait until their system came back up.
Looking at other reviews, this is a pattern with this store. They are scamming their customers.
Completely unacceptable. Misleading pricing, refusal to honor posted deals, and no accountability from staff. Customers deserve better than this. I would email corporate but I’m sure they don’t care, so I’m done with Advance Auto Parts.
