  This UPS store is a store I have come to for years as a businessman. They owe me over $300 for a package that was not delivered overnight. Everything was friendly and professional as I waited patiently to get my refund. I called UPS customer Service and had both the store and customer service on the line. I’ve always been positive. The assistant manager lied on me and said that I made a threat to her during a conversation on June 11th. I was in the store for 30 min when I was randomly approached by officers after having a back and forth with the manager who has not resolved this situation. We were on the phone. I had no idea that the employee Cindy lied on me and said that I was going to come to UPS & hurt people with a firearm. I could have possibly lost my life while interacting with these officer who arrived only after I put the store manager in check over the phone. I plan on suing this store for lying on me. She then said I did not threaten her with a weapon instead I threatened to slap her. All lies that I cannot wait to prove in court as these conversations should be recorded. Decades without a criminal record EVER only to file a false report of such magnitude. Do not do business here if you are a minority with a future and no criminal record.

  Claudia was one of the most attentive and helpful people I’ve ever had help me. It was right when they opened and she even helped me do a notarization before they technically start doing it! She was so quick friendly and engaging helping me and other customers all at the same time. Well done Claudia!

  Although the service is good, the cost for faxing is outrageous. Plus I had 7 pages but the machine would only Fax 4.

  This ups store use to be my favorite at one point had good customer service. Good customer service also means when you are wrong to apologize to the customer. I return an item and apparently the store had a issue where they could not scan the return due to technical issues called one day and spoke with a gentleman he said oh it was a delay I’m going to scan them in maybe an attempt was done not sure then went to the store the next day saw that same guy and said a different excuse and follow up with saying my assistant manager had spoke with IT dept and issue resolved which is hard to believe. And the assistant manager was just standing there as if she had an attitude which is wrong .at the end of the day we all know technology is a guaranteed and will mess up at times when you have an issue all you have to do is say I apologize or if you don’t wanna say that say I’m sorry, but when you just stand there and make more excuses you look bad as a business. Sad thing you would think the assistant manager would know better .
