  Did a pick up order from the app and they did not follow (simple) directions. My sandwich was dry and they didn't even cut it like I notated in the app, ugh. Then the server had the nerve to hand me a plastic knife and tell me to cut it myself and I'm just like, are you kidding me?? Honestly, you're probably better off just going home to make your own dang sandwich than to come here... at least it'll be made how you like it.

  Not even joking, the bread was doused in chemicals (I am guessing degreaser). Tried calling store so they could throw it all away and nobody at the store would answer the phones. Tried to get ahold of every customer service line Subway has and they responded a week later saying my concern has been closed. Buyer beware at this location! I feel bad for everyone who ate chemical bread that day because Subway doesnt care.
