Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he truly went above and beyond to help me. I needed to ship some important documents that had to arrive by Tuesday, and he took the time to explain my different shipping options and helped me choose the best one for my situation. Not only did he make sure I understood my options, but he also saved me money in the process! What stood out to me most was his willingness to help and his genuine customer service. He didn’t just rush through the transaction; he made sure I was taken care of. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes that much pride in helping customers. We need more people like him! His kindness, patience, and professionalism deserve to be recognized. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Outstanding customer service!
- GBgaurang bhattSep 30, 20261.0This store advertises walk-in notary service, but don't count on it. I came in between 2 and 3pm today and was told the notary would be available between 5 and 6pm. I came back at 5:45pm — two employees on the floor, two other customers, the store was not busy. The notary refused to help, said they were "swamped," with no apology or explanation. Two wasted trips. I've been getting documents notarized here for a while now. Guess what — you won't be getting my notary business or any of my shipping business anymore. Don't advertise walk-in notary if you won't honor it.
