  I went to this subway today it was around 230 I was ordering a protein Italiano pocket the lady taking my order was rude and couldn't understand me I had to show her on the menu what I wanted she tried to give me chicken at first then she started putting the meat on the wrap pepperoni ok salami was two different colors not good you could clearly tell it was old I asked to see it she got an attitude again I walked out I work at jersey mikes and would never treat a customer that way and definitely would not give someone food that was bad if i wouldn't eat it why would I expect you too customer services goes along way I will never come back to that location

  Good food server knows regulars on site and frequently remembers preference. Also makes sure to upsell a cookie for the youngest each visit.

  This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. Staff yells at you to get your order before you're to the counter, then tries to rush you through the process only so you can wait for the people in front of you to pay and they can stand around. Some customer service training would go a long way. We're customers, not live stock.
