  Always a fantastic experience! I absolutely love shopping at this Michael Kors store. The customer service is always incredible, and the team goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need. A special shout-out and thank you to Kathryn, the store manager, for always being so amazing!

  I went today to return a bag and was denied buying a bag after returning with my receipt (pulled from my email as I got a choice how I wanted my receipts). They said didn't have it and on top when asked about the floor ones they said wasn't available. Didn't even offered to order the bag. I feel discriminated and humiliated. On top they said I can only return one bag without a recipt as a courtesy. Well before visiting this store, I returned and exchanged bags, with the receipt on hand and in my email. There were three mother's day bags gifts that the recipients didnt liked and went to other location on my eay to MD. Then they said my bag was not in the receipt. I brought in the bag still sealed in the bag, even still in my Michael Kors paper bag, tisue and the tag still attached to the bag inside the unopened bag and showed the email. So many accusations and insinuations just because I wanted a different bag. I will never go back. In 10 days I spent about $1,500 in bags for Mother's Day gifts. Worst location this company have. So if you dont look that you have money to spend dont go there or they will treat you like crap. I went here after a fieldtrip with my granddaughter which is 10 years old and fell embarrased at the interaction. I was going to buy her a bag and definitely changed my mind. Coach store and staff was way better.

  Josh was AMAZING! I was in there today with my niece and daughter. My niece needed her first purse and wallet as she will be getting her learners permit soon and needs somewhere to keep it. He was very attentive to what she wanted and walked her through the store and also made sure I was ok with the price as the one paying. He was so genuine and kind! He knows what he is doing and Micheal Kors needs more staff like him! Thank you for the great experience and making her feel like the most important customer in the store! She LOVES her new purse and has been using it ALL day! Josh @ Arundel Mills Mall, Ask for him if you are ever there!

  I had the best experience and Customer Service at the Arundel Mills Location. Assistant Manager Kyler was awesome and very thoughtful in assisting me with my purchase. He went the extra mile to make sure I was well taken care of. The entire staff was welcoming. Kyler you are the man and thank you again for your help with my mother’s gift, you’re awesome! Overall, I had an excellent experience at this location.
