  There is no UPS store in that shopping center ! Google Maps needs up dating. I went to the location and there is a UPS store in that location now !’ Sorry google!

  the absolute most wonderful, efficient, and pleasant UPS store someone to ask to have in their neighborhood. everyone who works here is always so cheerful and helpful!

  First time at this location. I came in 10 minutes to closing time. I was assisted by Krina and Jennifer but the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Krina scanned all of my items in just a few moments. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything in order and made it so quick and easy. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience. Jennifer was right there to take my packages and finish up with additional labels needed for the lithium ion safety notices. The whole experience was literally the best I’ve ever had as fair as customer service goes. I had five packages to send out and I was in and out in 5 minutes! I will always come to this location from now on. Not to mention it’s just around the corner. Thank you Washington Blvd UPS Team! Awesome service!!

  Staff was very rude. I went to drop off an Amazon return, and I was told it needed to be boxed, even though the instructions clearly stated that no box or label was required. I believe the employee’s name was Jenilee.

  When I entered the Establishment I was greeted by The young woman Krina and the young man politely.. They were very informative and helpful.. Their Communication with was key on making my Decision to return to this establishment and refer it to family and friends.
