  Called about a mailbox/p.o. box . I was told 6 months but one month free and about $150 get to the store 5 minutes later and it was $200 . Not happy about getting charged extra and should get a refund

  If I I could rate zero stars, they definitely would have a double negative 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. I went to this location to do a notary and I advised the individual on how to do the notary. She stated to me as long as she’s stamp it and sign it correctly, everything was fine. I advised her on how to sign the document because I’m also a notary and which corrections to make to my document but she didn’t do as asked. My document arrived to the location, which is now known to be signed incorrectly and all I want is a reimbursement. Today I’m calling for over a half an hour to this location and the phone is off the hook. I arrived at the location, speaking to this lady respectfully; she’s speaking to me very rudely and nasty because she signed my document incorrectly and to find out she’s the manager after asking for one smh🤦🏾‍♀️… I tried to reason with this individual over and over letting her know that she’s wrong and just admit it. I was told not to return to the store because she can’t admit that she’s wrong!!! I asked for corporate number, I was told to find it on my own because I used to work for the UPS store. Also; was given the claims department number to where she filed a false and incorrect claim right in front of my face. But yet still all I want is for my shipment and notary fee to be returned to me. I will never attend this store again and gladly will attend another location. I only attended this location because I was at work and it was closest to me but never again.

  Had a notary appointment scheduled and confirmed online. Went to the store for my appointment at 9am and “Jennifer” the store representative informed me that the notary was not going to be in until 10am. No notice of appointment cancellation, “Jennifer” was rude and dismissive and said I can keep calling the store to find out when the notary would be available….why have online scheduling for this service? Won’t return, service was in line with what you expect based on its location.
