  We got a few different flavors of wings, seasoned corn, and loaded fries. The wings were all fantastic, the corn was nicely seasoned and sweet, but the loaded fries were no Bueno. They were essentially fries drenched in buffalo sauce and ranch which were just room temp warm and mushy from being drenched. I do not recommend them. Other than that I will definitely return at some point.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We traveled to Hagerstown for some early Christmas shopping since we’re sending our son off to the Air Force in November. Our other son lives nearby, so we met him for lunch at Wingstop. We had never ordered there before, and there was some confusion with our order—honestly, I think we messed it up! When we asked to have our meals corrected, this amazing staff remade our ENTIRE order to take home while we sat, chatted, and ate the most incredible fries I’ve ever had! But what really stood out was the service. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and accommodating. I haven’t experienced customer service like this since visiting family in the South 15 years ago. I was so touched that I actually asked for a hug before we left—and got one! ❤️ Watching this crew work together was amazing. They communicated, helped one another, and genuinely cared about their customers. Every business could learn something from this team. Thank you, Hagerstown Wingstop, for making an ordinary family lunch feel so special. You truly made our day! ❤️

  Amazing customer service and atmosphere! The manager here is so nice and attentive. Its the only wingstop I go to because the food is amazing as well. Id give 10 stars if I could.

  I came back for an order remake because they messed up, and they STILL forgot an item. It’s like no matter what I do they don’t get it right:(
