The owner sent me a email for a free sub because the last meatball sub I got there was cold. When I showed the email to the manager there she claimed that they don’t give out free subs by a email. She refused to give me the free sub. My family and I will not be going to this subway again. Since the manager was rude and pretty much told me I was a liar. If that is how they do business I don’t want to eat at that subway or any that is owned by this person. I am not the type of person to lie just for a free sub
