It was fast and easy, I had forgotten to tape the box, but they provided some tape for me, I really appreciated it.
The worst hub. If your package gets routed through Hagerstown just expect a delay or lost. Calling customer service is now help. Every time I order online and see the retailer used FedEx, I pray it doesn’t go through Hagerstown.

I attempted to ship a box to South Carolina and this location dies not accept cash for payment. I was told it was due to covid restrictions. Apparently, the dummies in management haven't rolled back that restriction. The all knowing WHO declared the pandemic was over in May of 2023. I think it was a way to cut administrative cost. So, inconvenience the customer and say sorry because that makes everything OK.
UPS was more than happy to take my cash and ship my box. Thanks Big Brown!!
