  FedEx is on a slow downhill spiral. What a shame. They won't be around much longer due to their own incompetence. The East Hanover ship center is pretty cool though.

  It was fast and easy, I had forgotten to tape the box, but they provided some tape for me, I really appreciated it.

  The worst hub. If your package gets routed through Hagerstown just expect a delay or lost. Calling customer service is now help. Every time I order online and see the retailer used FedEx, I pray it doesn’t go through Hagerstown.
