  I'm trying to figure out why I pay for shipping when this company is so incompetent. How is my package not moving? How did it come from Europe within 4 days and now the package is sitting in this center for 3 days? I am now at a point where I will never order from a company that uses FedEx as a shipping option. This place is an absolute joke. DO BETTER.

  Good luck ever seeing your package if it gets sent to this shipping warehouse in Hagerstown. I have had two packages sent here that sat for days and then claimed the package was "damaged" and undeliverable.

  Delivery driver seemed to make ZERO attempt to ring the doorbell or knock to let me know my package was here so I could sign for it. Zero stars if I could

  FedEx is on a slow downhill spiral. What a shame. They won't be around much longer due to their own incompetence. The East Hanover ship center is pretty cool though.
