  Took my wife to replace her phone. Walking to the store no one was around guy finally came out of the back and told him the phone we wanted ask him a couple questions and paid for the phone then he proceeded to hand the phone to my wife still in the box and told her she had to set the phone up herself they don't do that there set it was an easy setup and she should be able to do it at home the whole transactionstook less than 20 minutes and he turned around and hurried back to the back room again. Very unprofessional cared more about what was in the back room than taking care of customers. Now my wife paid $142 for her phone and my wife cannot use her new phone or her old phone. Will never shop here again

  We had the BEST experience today with Christian at the Cricket store in Hagerstown MD. He was patient in explaining the process to my 87 year old mom and made sure she didn't lose any of her precious photos. His experience showed in the way he was able to work with her ancient cell phone and get the new one working perfectly. Highly recommend Christian!

  The beautiful woman behind the desk was able to explain what was wrong with my mom's phone & the number, then help us reactivate it. Even helping us set up her new phone after we bought it.

  I went on vacation came back and my phone stopped working ms. Yasmin told me not to worry I was in great hands. Boy was she right. I didn't know my email or password. She didn't give up and got me the best phone for my needs. Im so pleased with this young lady. Thank you so much.
