From the moment I walked in, he took the time to answer my questions, help me find the correct parts, and walk me through troubleshooting steps to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. What impressed me most was that Zack didn’t just point me toward products—he genuinely took the time to understand the problem and help me work through it. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and offered additional advice on other potential causes and things I could check to keep my car running properly. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, Zack set the standard. His willingness to help, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made a stressful situation much easier to handle.   I went in to get a quick diagnostic test and was very concerned as my check engine light just popped up. The moment I walked into the door, Zack greeted me and was ready to help. Within 5 minutes I had documentation of what was going on and he was also able to put my mind at ease with his knowledge. A great place to shop with team members who care.
