  I had a great experience at this location. Mia was a great manager, helper, and problem solver, and handled everything with calmness, friendliness, and expertise.

  Grateful for the customer service I received at this location. The attendants very professional and went above and beyond to help me out with my cutting and laminating needs for these affirmation cards I designed for a special event. Thank you for your help.

  This store is beyond great. They are fast , and friendly. Mia the store manager was super friendly and helpful as well. I always come here to drop off my packages and stay to chat for a while. This is my go to UPS store.

  As of right now (this may change), if you drop an outgoing package here between 4-5pm, it will not go out on a UPS truck at 5:30 pm to the Sparks, MD sorting facility. It will go out the next day and be scanned between 6-7pm in Sparks, which is more than 24 hours for it to officially enter the UPS system. Likewise, if you drop a package off on a Saturday before they close at 4pm, it will not show arrival at the Sparks, MD facility until Monday 6-7pm. This is not the case for other more high-volume UPS Store locations...I assume that if they get a higher volume of outgoing packages, then they may eventually have a truck come after 5pm to take shipments to Sparks so that they enter the system the same day they are received. If you want your package to reach Sparks, MD the same day for sorting to reach your final destination, you will need to drop it off here before 11 am.
