  This was a waste of time. Had an appointment for fingerprints scans. Showed up and lady at the front desk said no, not today. Apparently her pinky won't scan. And she was the only one there. I told her she should have the dates and time blanked out. She said she's not the owner. I see you hire the most professional of people here.

  I come to this store regularly and without fail the staff is courteous and helpful. So happy they have come to this neighborhood so I can walk to mail UPS packages as well as drop off USPS packages. Clean store, lovely staff! Thank you!

  I recently visited The UPS Store at 15480 Annapolis Rd, Bowie MD and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They took the time to answer my questions, explained my shipping options clearly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Even though they were busy, they treated every customer with patience and respect. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding service these days. I highly recommend this UPS Store location to anyone needing shipping, printing, or mailbox services.
