  Avoid this store, especially at that location! They consistently mess up shipping orders. Just this year, they have messed up ten of my shipments. No one seems to notice or care, and corporate allows this store to keep making mistakes. I'm fed up with losing money because of them. My senders don’t receive their orders because UPS often enters incorrect information, mislabels packages, or even loses them entirely, leading to issues and confusion. One person didn’t receive their package at all, which cost me $500 on the shipped item. The worst part is that with every shipment, UPS requires you to sign an arbitration agreement that limits your options for recourse, meaning they can keep making mistakes without facing consequences. While the Asian store owner is nice, his staff makes a lot of errors. Do yourself a favor and choose the post office or FedEx instead.

  Went to drop off a pkg. after a vet appt for my service dog, an older Asian man comes out to the counter while I’m returning the pkg with another associate only to tell me my dog had to go unless I had service dog paperwork to show him. Obviously he doesn’t know the law or feels exempt from following it. My dog was just sitting right by my on a leash taking it all in on a 90 degree day. I’m always amused by the disdain for pets in this area. More rodent and insect infestations than one could ever imagine, I’d be more concerned with some of the “humans” than a fully vetted dog, that showcases well maintained & neat grooming. Nonetheless I will never step foot back in this location. I almost opted to go to another location, but then I thought, nah make him work. So I put my dog in my car and pulled right up to the door and returned the pkg. for GP.

  The store manager Eric is always so friendly and knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond to help me the last couple visits when trying to ship different items. I would absolutely go out of my way to go to this location.

  Perfect place for UPS package drop off! I use this UPS Store all the time for my work-related package shipments and the experience is always smooth and professional. The staff is friendly, fast, and very helpful. Special hats off to manager Eric — he is absolutely awesome and always goes above and beyond to help customers. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing reliable shipping and drop-off services!
