I visited Subway around 8:30 PM to pick up a mobile order. When I arrived, the employee preparing my sandwich was on the phone. I noticed that my sandwich had not been toasted despite being ordered toasted. When I pointed this out, she attempted to toast it with the lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado already on the sandwich. I politely asked if the sandwich could be remade, since the toppings should not have been added before toasting. She refused to remake it and also refused to provide a refund, telling me to “take it up with Subway.”
When I questioned why the sandwich couldn’t simply be remade, she became argumentative and told me that if I didn’t like the way she made sandwiches, I shouldn’t order from there. Instead of acknowledging a mistake and resolving the issue, she chose to argue with a customer. The issue wasn’t the initial mistake—everyone makes mistakes. The problem was the refusal to correct it and the poor customer service afterward.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope management addresses both the order accuracy and customer service concerns at this location. Hiring employees who can’t fix mistakes let alone read typed receipts is honestly insane
Terrible customer service. I placed an order online and when I made it there to pickup the order, it was incorrect. The woman there had a terrible attitude and was mad I brought up the order was incorrect. She made a salad instead of the sub I ordered and insisted that I take the salad to put on the bread myself, as if I made the mistake. She raised her voice and clearly had an attitude, if I were you. I wouldn’t waste anymore money her because she clearly doesn’t care about her customers, so why keep them in business. This was by far the worst subway experience ever. Beware if they mess up an order, she will continue being disrespectful and unprofessional.

Worst experience ever. Went in to pick up my sub after placing the order 10 minutes ahead. The lady asked what I was there for, which was fine, but after I answered she responded very condescendingly with “he’s making it, go sit and wait.”
I’m an adult — there’s a respectful way to speak to customers. Suggesting I have a seat while I wait would’ve been completely fine, but the attitude was unnecessary.
The older guy was chill tho

Placed an online order for a footlong and used my “free sandwich” coupon through my app. When I arrived 30 minutes later, the sandwich was not made and the lady behind the counter said she is not making it because the receipt said zero dollars. I explained I used the free voucher from my sub club but she still refused. Also, the restaurant was dirty with fly’s near the food counter so I’m kind of glad the refused service for the freebie, will not return, health department should check on this location.

The lady didn’t want to take my order after she helped a caucasian guy. She didn’t even want to take my order. She walked from behind the counter after asking me what I wanted and waved her hand an said the guy will help me. When he did he was clueless to whe she didn’t assist me. Even my coworkers told me that the lady was rude I still went and will never go back
