  Why am I told to go to another fedex to ship a scooter with a battery. Why does it matter if your all FedEx…I don’t presume to understand the inner workings of places I am not employed but as a consumer this is extremely ridiculous to be constantly told different things at different places. Some fedex locations will charge you to use a small amount of tape, some do not, now you have to go 10 minutes up the road because this specific corporate location doesn’t ship things with batteries… Where is the consistency regarding the business! THERE IS NONE & it’s constantly inconvenient for the customer…ugh!

  The employee here was so kind he made me feel that he would take care of everything in regard to my huge heavy return containing a sink. I really appreciated that.

  I arrived at the store around 10am (7hrs before the express pickup deadline) and sent a few documents 2-day. I noticed on tracking they had just been sitting at this store. I called and they said the truck didn’t come to pick up the packages that night! So I paid express for nothing! Time matters to some people, I now have to pay close to $80 to overnight this letter instead of $12. Thanks a lot!
