  Horrible customer service. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting on printing services an was told no one could help me. Going right down the street to the UPS store, and will never be back.

  NEVER USE FEDEX. Dropped off a package worth a high value amount, their employee's stole the contents inside. I would fly across the county and deliver the package myself if this was the last delivery company in existence. Pay whatever you need to and use someone else. I will spend the rest of my life telling people to never use fedex again
