  Cricket has been giving me issues for past two months taking my payment and setting up auto pay. I've talk at nauseum to customer service and the bank with no real solution. They keep telling me my bank must be blocking the transaction and my bank keeps telling me there is nothing wrong with the card there is no blocks. Cricket refuses to escalate the situation to any type of IT or help desk. I ultimately decided to leave the company due to an inability to set up autopay or even pay my bill. My card is used with every subscription I use so I have understanding why it's not able to work. I was ready to switch but decided to try another payment form one that is meant to be used for emergency only, until I find a suitable option. The lady here helped me do that without any problem and I appreciated that after so many failed attempts online and with customer service

  I just called this office 10:14am 7/1/26. It appear to be an African American female (Noah?) answered the phone. She even said she was the store manager. Her voice was uninterested, rude, irritated, extreamly agitated by my questions to her regarding my previous phone problems and could she recommend any phones. Her answer to every question was. All our phones are good with wifi. All our phones take good pictures, etc. Meaning she was aggressively letting me know regardless what I ask was the same answer and not to ask anymore questions. She needs to be immediately removed from this office. I am a 55 years disabled and pain and have health problems so before I make to trip on MTA Mobility bus. My next question was could your office set the new phone up for me once purchased. I was afraid to ask because her behavior wanted to to immediately switch my long time good paying service to another carrier. I been with cricket since 2014. THIS BEHAVIOR IS UNEXCEPTIONABLE! ESPECIALLY AS A STREBMANAGER
