I walked in not having the best day. dealing with a newly broken phone, as a business owner who relies heavily on my device(s) to do so, it was urgent to get a replacement. From the moment I walked in I was taken care of, very special thanks to Ms. Stephanie and her direct Management for making sure my needs were met. They truly were the sweetest people ever and that made me feel like I made the right choice. It was such a personable experience and this is what customer service should always be!! Super thankful for this lovely team in making sure I had what I needed to continue running my business :)
