  I recently had a fantastic experience with the team here. They were instrumental in helping me confirm that the battery in my car was the issue. Not only did they assist me in selecting a new battery, but they also took the time to review the warranty options thoroughly. Despite it being an extremely hot day, not one team member let the heat affect their service. They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product options and the outstanding service I received. Highly recommend!

  It was ok but the register employee was very busy continuing their conversation with another employee and barely paid attention to me. Not bad, just a but annoying.

  Incredible experience! Got locked out of my car in a nearby parking lot and walked over to Advanced. Daiquan greeted me as I walked in the door and asked how he could help. I explained my predicament and he said the most effective thing for him to do would be to call Orval who also works at the shop. It was a Saturday and Orval was off. He drove to the shop and got there less than 10 minutes later. He personally troubleshot the issue and successfully got my vehicle unlocked without making a single scratch. To my surprise the key was not in the car. Orval offered to wait by the unlocked car while I ran into a store to see if I left my keys inside, which I had. He would not accept anything in return. These gentlemen helped when they didn’t have to, and went above and beyond on Orval’s day off. I am blown away by their professionalism and kindness. There are good people out there and two of them work at this Advanced!
