  Worst UPS Store in area, never a warm greeting, this man has never helped me. Everytime I have been there it was a problem and I couldn't mail my package. Every other UPS store no problem you hand them package, they scan and you go, they will handle whatevers needed for package to endure shipping, label taping and all. A Total different experience, with a smile. The Store on Wisteria looks disorganized, and needs someone who will render service to it's customers.

  They don’t have a printer and are not helpful or friendly. This was a terrible experience. They say they orint online and they don’t. Don’t go here

  If I could give this a location a zero if I could. Their customer service is terrible and it has not improved for years. I asked on our the employees a question and she completely ignored me acting like she didn’t hear my question. They have no sign on the door informing their customers on their holiday hours. I hope they do better in 2026
