  Last week I purchased a large, fragile lithograph through a local auction house; I live in New Mexico. Spoke directly to the store (Telly) and they were outstanding to deal with, and very flexible in the options offered. They proceeded to pickup my item, break it down (out of its frame), carefully determine that it could not be rolled up, contact me to discuss options, packed very sensitively and sensibly into a large shipping box, and then provided tracking information. Because it couldn't be rolled and is quite valuable, had to pay for the large rectangular box shipping, but the item is 30x40 inches or so, and I felt $300 to pickup, remove frame, carefully package, box and ship to NM was a bargain! Highly recommend! Item arrived in perfect condition, due to their conscientious behavior and knowledgeable packing approach.

  I visited this first do to the UPS close to my house having the absolute worst customer service and rude employees (Wisteria location). I have now been here several times and the employees are absolute pleasure to deal with and I have dealt with numerous. They are all more than friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Don't mind driving further for great service!

  My stepmother had items that needed to be returned to a company she was no longer doing business with. The company supplied the box and return label. After gathering all the items, I boxed them and brought it to this store. I was directed to a counter. The gentleman greeted me, scanned the label on the box and printed out a receipt for me. He was very polite throughout this transaction and thanked me for coming. It probably took about 5 minutes to complete the transaction! It was stress-free and minimal amount of time used. Great place to bring your packages to. They even do Notary Public service (I overheard one of the customers ask regarding it).

  I went in last Saturday 7/11 to return my AT&T internet box and I have sent one back before and the store representative saw what I was returning, (guess he didn't want to do it) told me that I need my AT&T account number and that it was REQUIRED. As I said I returned one before, UPS just needs last name and the Serial Number of the internet box and it populates the account number. I told them that story and they still were adamant that they cannot do anything. I didn't want to argue, so I drove to the next UPS, and guess what......they processed it fine without any issue. The other store rep told me that account number is PREFERRED! Which means it is not REQUIRED!!! I do not know if the Germantown UPS store reps understood what the meaning of the words were, but I had a feeling that they did NOT want to help me at all. They did not even try to bother to give it a try in their system. Honestly, I never had a problem with this store, it is my go-to store, but it was really disappointing service and I think management needs to give them another training.
