  I was waiting in line for 20 minutes only to have the Fedex rep that was talking to three gentleman that were not in line to tell them to get in front of me and take care of them first because they were her friends. Unprofessional and horribly managed. Don't use this location.

  I use this location for work purposes, as we have a contract with them. However, I decided to use them as a pickup location for my earrings and I'm glad I did. The staff are fast and professional, and there is never an issue with anything I need. Thanks for consistency and professionalism.

  Love all the staff at Germnatown FedEx. Always helping and specially taking care of the customers. They are the best.
