  My husband bought a part thinking it was new they lied their manager on board stated today that they deal with refurbished auto parts and they only gave them a slight painting to make it look like new. Worst service ever. Why lie to your customers having them think the parts are new? He took the part to the mechanic thinking it would work and it didn’t but they can’t provide refund. I mean the part almost burnt out my husband car but they stated they don’t do refunds only exchange like who wants a second hand part sold as new for?

  Came in for battery testing, they were very friendly and helpful and was able to show me the results of battery health, alternator health and charging life pretty quickly
