  I have been in here a few times lately and I must say the workers are not in a hurry to help you. The lines have been long and the female employees are more interested in personal conversation with each other and friends instead focusing on work. Glad there is another store by in Odenton. I drive to do all my Amazon returns at Whole Foods.

  The self-serve kiosk printer has been down for several weeks rendering the self-service kiosk useless. When I asked how long before it’s back in service, I was told a customer broke it and a new printer is $800. That’s the cost of doing business. Replace the printer and stop inconveniencing your customers.

  What a terrible experience. The rep Ben was absolutely terrible. He had no clue on how to do anything and he did not want to try to learn. Nor even Google how to print or anything. I had to drive 10 mins to the Odenton location To get the Print job done and they literally did it in five minutes. Ben is a poor example of an employee. He has no drive to get anything done or even try.

  Howaida and Jen’s customer service is outstanding! They helped me with my Temu returns and were very understanding and did not rush me while I got the packages and QR codes situated.
