  Great people who work here, never had an issue with customer service. But horrendous prices. An empty small cardboard box cost $11 and if you in a rush you have to buy it in order to see how much is going to cost to ship. And then you learn that it's going to cost you at least another $26 to ship from Maryland to Wisconsin. And if you decide not to ship (just not worth it) you are on the hook for $11 for the box . All that just to learn the price of the shipping)) I wouldn't be surprised if I hear ups going out of business soon with these kind of tactics
