  Today, I visited the Subway at Flowerhill Shopping Center- Store # 26944-0 and was very disappointed with the customer service received from Milagros. My mother and I initially requested cheese bread and wheat bread, but upon learning that wheat bread was unavailable, we changed our order to Italian bread. Milagros rudely informed us that we couldn't have two Italian breads because we were using a coupon and she needed to save them for online orders. Despite another associate confirming we could have the Italian bread, Milagros's attitude remained unprofessional. She slammed our items down and rushed our order, even interrupting our conversation in a disrespectful manner. This experience, combined with a confusing menu and unhelpful staff, has led me to decide not to return to this location. If I had visit this store reviews prior to my visit I would’ve never stop by.
