  The last 2 times coming to this location the bread is not fresh. I have experienced this before and stopped ordering from here for several months . When I contacted the owner she really DOES NOT CARE how the customer feels nor does she take responsibility for issues. I will have to change locations again. The staff is very friendly and great customer service.

  The lady at the front excelled at her service. We came from the Derwood Subway because they would not honor the 3.99 sub deal. The other store proceeded to charge me $15 for two 6 in subs. Thankfully this place came in clutch. But I was taken care of quickly and the sub was delicious!
