  Placed my mobile order ahead of time by 48 minutes. When I got in, they had a stack of tickets and 0 food. They dug around and found my ticket, then proceeded to begin making the food while also finishing the 3 other customers waiting in line. When I asked for a reason the older woman not in uniform informed me to take my food and leave while the younger guy made an excuse about being busy. What they didn't see was my wife enter the shop earlier and discover that only the security guard was present because both had left to make a bank deposit run. They opted not to share this as the older woman began to scold the younger man in gym shorts and a Subway T-Shirt when he started to explain that they had been super busy all evening. Why did I bother ordering ahead, just to wait the entire time? That's still my question.

  I had a great experience at this Subway location! Dani, the team member who helped me, was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. She made me feel genuinely welcome as soon as I walked in. You can tell she really cares about providing good customer service. It made the whole experience 10x more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back.
