  I love the customer service I get from Erick Carmina and Markita McNair. They both are very responsive and timely. Erick has always been extremely helpful in helping me manage my insurance costs.

  Eric McNair was so helpful in getting me a renters policy. I work a very demanding job & only had time to give him details on what I was looking for. Within minutes I had the perfect policy accepted by my apartment complex & it took little to NO effort on my end. As a DC resident I don’t have a car, but if I needed auto insurance he would be my first call!

  This insurance local office messed up my policy and wasn’t even apologetic. Things were so much better when John was in charge. These new agents are rude and don’t even care about their customers. Double charged me on my policy, which was supposed to have a vehicle removed and they never removed it now I get the short of the stick And have to pay for two policies so they can give me a credit later on. I don’t want a credit I want my policy to be corrected so now my bill went from $240 to $556 Because of a mistake from their agent. Do not use this local office!!!! DO NOT INSURE WITH ALLSTATE!!! Over 20 years with them DOWN THE DRAIN!!! Would never recommend!!!!?
