  Gil and the employees are all very helpful, nice, and patient. Service is quick, too! It's much friendlier place than the dead eyes you get from behind the counter at the post office.

  I was there to print some signs. I asked for rates and the older guy at front told me it was 1.78 per page for water proof paper plus one time fee of $2.50 for having them print pages. I was waiting for a long time but when I asked the lady name Natasha can I have my papers, she got an attitude saying we are very busy and I am trying to multitask as if she was doing me a favor for free and she wasn’t getting paid for the job she does. After printing everything, they charge me extra for priority printing which they had never mentioned and also she changed the price from 1.78 to 1.99. When I told her they didn’t tell me anything about priority printing fee in the beginning and had me wait for a long time. She said if he didn’t tell you I am telling you now. Honestly I would not have mind paying 1.99 instead of 1.78 people do make mistakes sometimes. Plus I had ordered 40 pages and before leaving when I decided to count pages and there were only 15 but, she had charged me for 40. This lady gets attitude with customers, charges more than what her co workers tell customers and treats customers very rudely. She is a horrible at dealing with public. Natasha does NOT even have basic customer service skills and is absolutely awful at her job. FedEx needs better people to represent them not a person like her.
