  We have two standard shipments, ship from same address but two different persons, one of the staff mixed it up and took them 30 mins to finish the service. I am going to UPS for shipping next time.

  Every day I dont get my package I will leave a negative review at a new FedEX Office. Stars should be lower. My school stuff comes through FedEx and It needs a signature. They dont call or text when they come and their timeframe is: By the end of the day. Who is waiting all day for you to delivery a package to them? I even paid 5.55 to get it Scheduled for a 5pm to 8pm timeframe and they didnt even try to deliver that day. The fact that FEDEX still gets business is sad. You people are terrible.

  The most unprofessional establishment ever! I work in logistics directly across the street from this location and I have been unimpressed and disgusted each and every time I have went inside to be assisted. Never have been assisted to where the issue is resolved they dont know anything cant tell you anything just call Customer service and the CS agents are even worse dont come here i wouldnt reccommed it if it were the last place on earth both the lady and the gentlemen inside arent fit to work there they literally tell you I dont know to every issue no tracking or finding out whats the issue. Very unstaified I will never use this service again.
