  I would like to express my appreciation for the DHL customer service staff Marquez who assisted me. He was very responsive, responsible, and helpful, and he took great care in handling my shipment. I was very pleased with the care and attention he provided. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the final delivery. I had specifically requested a signature upon delivery because the package contained very important documents for my niece in Australia. However, no signature was obtained, and the package was left in a shared mailbox. I am not unhappy with the customer service I received—in fact, I was very satisfied with the staff member who handled my shipment. My concern is that, despite the care taken when the package was prepared and sent, the same level of care was not maintained at the time of delivery. I hope DHL will take this feedback into consideration, especially when a signature has been specifically requested for important documents. Overall, I appreciate the service I received and hope this issue can be improved in the future.

  Avoid like the plague(!) If you do not wish your documents& I.D. cards rifled thru, removed, examined ..the young man who says he is the manager, his poor excuse for this is that he's checking for contraband checks or cash. However, he wanted to remove a social security card out of its envelope&examine it(take a surreptitious photo of?) despite that we opened the envelope for him to easily look inside&verify nothing else was there. Something is frankly suspicious at this location. Overhead camera capturing private I.D info. Who knows..but this employee is over-stepping&attempting to make -your-business , his business. I warn you against this location.
