  Everyone was incredibly helpful. There were two employees that stood out significantly because how friendly they were. They all took care of customers very quickly and acknowledged everyone that came into to the store. I was looking for a windshield wiper fluid and the employee checked the back with zero complaints. It was great! I’m glad I came to this location and will definitely be back. Thank you for being so welcoming!

  BEWARE!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. I was ignored while Spanish-speaking and customers of Hispanic ethnicity received prompt, friendly service. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Equal customer service shouldn't depend on what language you speak or if you are of the same ethnicity as the staff that's working there. I will never return to this location.

  I went to auto zone today and this kind lady Maryouri was very helpful and had excellent customer service. Also, another person named Jonathan was very helpful as well. Definitely recommend coming to this location. And I will be returning for any car necessities that I need :) keep up the good work!

  Shortly after I left work and was headed home with my boys, my cars battery light came on, I chose this location because fortunately it was right around the corner. THANK GOD IT WAS!!! Maryouri and everyone in there was very helpful and kind. My car would not start after I turned it off to check the codes but I was reassured that if I couldn't get it towed same day, they would put a note on my car to prevent towing. Maryouri even recommended a trustworthy mechanic to help me out, my car is currently being repaired. THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Maryouri and the team at this location. I appreciate your dedication to customer service and your kindness to a complete stranger.

  I wish this was my local Advanced. Mike is best parts guy in MoCo hands down. Will go above and beyond to sure you get what's needed. THANKS AGAIN!
