  Terrible Customer Service I purchased a car battery and brought the old one back for a credit, only to be told by the employee that he couldn’t process it because they didn’t have any gift cards available. I came back three more times, and each time I was given the same excuse. When I finally asked when they expected to have them, his response was basically, “I don’t know, just go to another location.” The attitude was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Meanwhile, I was repeatedly lugging a heavy car battery in and out of the store every time I came back, and he showed absolutely no concern or interest in helping resolve the issue. If your location can’t process a customer’s credit, the least you can do is provide a reasonable solution instead of sending them somewhere else after making them come back multiple times. Very frustrating experience and very poor customer service.

  Sandro and Nelson are incredible! They made my day by doing a fantastic job of helping me choose the right car battery and replacing it. They were very patient (because it was VERY CORRODED), helpful, and even taught me along the way. My new favorite autobody shop!

  Everyone was incredibly helpful. There were two employees that stood out significantly because how friendly they were. They all took care of customers very quickly and acknowledged everyone that came into to the store. I was looking for a windshield wiper fluid and the employee checked the back with zero complaints. It was great! I’m glad I came to this location and will definitely be back. Thank you for being so welcoming!

  BEWARE!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. I was ignored while Spanish-speaking and customers of Hispanic ethnicity received prompt, friendly service. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Equal customer service shouldn't depend on what language you speak or if you are of the same ethnicity as the staff that's working there. I will never return to this location.

  I went to auto zone today and this kind lady Maryouri was very helpful and had excellent customer service. Also, another person named Jonathan was very helpful as well. Definitely recommend coming to this location. And I will be returning for any car necessities that I need :) keep up the good work!
