  Shout out to Sisis! She is such a down-to-earth person. She helped me charge my car battery, tested it for me, and even helped me find the right fuse for my car. She had a really positive attitude and was extremely helpful, even though I came in near closing time. On top of that, she gave me some great advice. Truly appreciate her excellent customer service!

  The store is good and clean. Had my battery in stock. The young man who was in charge of changing my battery was not very present or careful. I noticed he left a large gap between where the old battery sat versus how he installed the new one. An older man came from inside the store, I pointed out the gap, and they redid the hold down. The young man dropped one of the hood insulation plastic clips into the depths and didn’t even try to find it. When I said he dropped it, he got defensive saying “I didn’t drop it, it fell”. I looked under the car and couldn’t find it. He ended up with an extra clip somehow, which makes me wonder what he didn’t clip down. I asked him where the red felt washer went which he had left out, then he said I didn’t need it and threw it away. I felt a general lack of care about the installation of my battery and the precision with which things were put back in place. It took about 45 minutes. I understand it takes time and practice to become experienced, and my car is old. But the employee’s nonchalant attitude, carelessness of making sure my battery was properly inserted, and inability to own up to his mistakes, made this a negative experience for me.
