Came here today because my 2024 VW Atlas ran out of oil (Volkswagen, I could tell you multiple stories about that 😉). Bought two quarts of oil, poured them in and now the car changed it’s mind and decided that it had too much oil 🙄. Well, googled how to remove the excess oil which turned out to be very tricky because the car doesn’t have a physical oil dipstick. Went back into the store, got a fluid transfer kit just to find out that the pipe was too thick to insert into the opening. So now what 🙄 I was so annoyed at this point but Mr.Rob was there to help. He went back and forth and exceeded my expectations! He started thinking outside the box (which is a very rare trait these days), got creative and suggested some products (not originally intended for this particular issue) to make it work - and it did! The excessive oil is out, I am a happy customer and will definitely return to this location (hopefully Mr.Rob will be there again 😉). Top notch customer service and all of it with a fabulous attitude and a nice smile! Thank you 😊

Needed to get a battery replaced. Armando was on top of it, clearly had done this many times before. He tested and installed the new battery for free.

Always meet my expectations. Valuable source for DIYers. Staff is always attentive and helpful. They can get busy at times so one would have to wait for their turn for a bit, but that's a general issue with small stores where they dont keep nore than 2-3 staff members on site.
