  Hamed, the store manager, was fantastic. My husband and I came in after the car had stopped at an intersection. He evaluated the problem, helped determine the best solution and replaced my battery so I could get back on the road quickly to finish my journey to NC. Thank you Hamed for the fantastic service 🙌!

  What a great experience! I had just come from roadside assistance and rather stressed over my car. Hamed, the general manager, assessed the problem quickly (dead battery), helped me locate a discount coupon my husband had told me about for the new battery, and replaced it quickly. He was friendly, kind, and helpful. All this in less than 15 minutes. Thank you, Hamed!

  Hamed, the branch general manager, went waaay out of his way to help me today. I have a Jeep Wrangler that has a main and aux battery. Both my batteries needed changing and getting to the aux battery in a jeep is not a quick job. Hamed said he could do it for me and he did!! It was simply above and beyond. It is rare to get the level of customer service I always get from this Advance Auto location. I really appreciated Hamed's effort and will always go to this location whenever possible. Thanks for everything today!!! If I could give more stars I would!!

  the general manager helped me out personally while the other associates were busy. its showed what type of staff are being led by example. he nice and friendly! Thank you again Ahmad for not just checking my battery, changing the battery but also educating me on why and hows. he took the time to make me feel to have an emprowered choice. Thank you!
