  Way too many people moving around in different directions. Three service attendants but no efficiency. Took 10 minutes to drop off a pre-labeled package.

  Definitely the best place for getting stuff notarized! Higinio helped me quickly and efficiently move through ten legal documents; he was so thorough that he caught a mistake or two made by the out of state attorneys. Will definitely return in the future for this service. And still the best place to drop off packages; even when they're super busy, the staff remains calm, efficient, and professional.

  A great location for doing Amazon returns. You don’t even need to box the item up. They scan the QR code from your phone, and take and package the item up for you. So easy!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store location. I brought in an item for an Amazon return that was already securely packaged in its original box, which was in perfect condition—completely intact, unopened, and fully suitable for shipping. Despite there being absolutely nothing wrong with the box, I was told it could not be used and that I needed to either leave and find another box or pay $14 to have it placed inside an additional box. I was even advised to go purchase a box elsewhere and come back, which is not a reasonable expectation for a simple return. I ultimately paid the $14, but this felt like an unnecessary and unjustified charge—especially considering that Amazon regularly ships items in their original packaging. To make matters more confusing, another item I returned during the same visit was accepted and labeled on the spot in its original box without any issue. This experience felt inconsistent and, frankly, not right. Charging a customer to “box a box” when the original packaging is perfectly acceptable does not align with a straightforward, customer-friendly return process. I hope this location reviews its practices and provides clearer, more consistent guidance in the future.
