  I truly had an amazing customer service experience at this store. Gerald went out of his way to be helpful and guided my husband I through a complicated packing process. Truly felt grateful for the service and also the patience of the staff. It was 5 minutes before closing and he still took the time to help us complete our transaction without a rush. I would definitely recommend this store for your UPS needs.

  I have now had this happen three times. On two previous occasions, the owner became upset when I asked for a receipt for my Amazon return. Unfortunately, it happened again today, and this time it was much worse. The printer at the automatic return machine was out of paper. When I asked for a receipt, he became visibly upset and told me I didn't need one for my "$10 shirt" and even said he would personally give me $10 if Amazon didn't refund me—even though he had no idea what I was actually returning. He then said something to the effect that customers were returning 15 items, when I was only returning one item. The interaction ended with him telling me not to come back to his store - because I asked for a receipt. I understand that processing returns may be frustrating at times, but requesting a receipt is a reasonable part of the transaction. I'm sharing my experience so others know what they may encounter.

  Best UPS store in the region! Employees are always friendly and helpful. I drop my business shipments here two or three times a week. The owner, Gerald is the best.
