  It’s supposed to open at 8.30, but I’ve been waiting here for 20 minutes and there’s no sign of anyone in the store nor a post on the door about a store closure. They are frequently late to open and don’t seem to keep very consistent hours.

  OMG !!! This is my neighborhood UPS store, i go in there periodically to ship things and more often than not when the owner is there there is some kind of issue. When he is not there everything is great, i get in, pay and get out. When he is there something has to be said or done. Today a you g man was helping me send things overnight and I asked for the free UPS plastic bags given out by UPS FOR OVERNIGHT. This guy made such a big deal about it i almost walked out. I noticed most of the time he has a problem is when his employees are the ones are helping, he has such an attitude as if all of his employees are either stupid or trying to steal something and the same thing to customers. I would stay away unless absolutely necessary.

  I truly had an amazing customer service experience at this store. Gerald went out of his way to be helpful and guided my husband I through a complicated packing process. Truly felt grateful for the service and also the patience of the staff. It was 5 minutes before closing and he still took the time to help us complete our transaction without a rush. I would definitely recommend this store for your UPS needs.

  I have now had this happen three times. On two previous occasions, the owner became upset when I asked for a receipt for my Amazon return. Unfortunately, it happened again today, and this time it was much worse. The printer at the automatic return machine was out of paper. When I asked for a receipt, he became visibly upset and told me I didn't need one for my "$10 shirt" and even said he would personally give me $10 if Amazon didn't refund me—even though he had no idea what I was actually returning. He then said something to the effect that customers were returning 15 items, when I was only returning one item. The interaction ended with him telling me not to come back to his store - because I asked for a receipt. I understand that processing returns may be frustrating at times, but requesting a receipt is a reasonable part of the transaction. I'm sharing my experience so others know what they may encounter.
