  The service was bad. The person who was working there didn’t allow my mother to take the coupons that she had and she crashed out. ALSO he did the whole process wrong he did bread cheese than chicken it’s supposed to be bread chicken and cheese. She was so irritated and cussed him out and then left the store. Never again I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SUBWAY GROM THIS WALMART IF YOU DO COUPONS

  This review is for the Subway in Walmart at 2421 Monocacy Blvd., Frederick, MD. Unfriendly staff. Nasty attitude. Ignorance of the different types of sub rolls offered. Unable or uninterested in remembering a simple customer order such that I had to repeat my choices numerous times. Worst of all is this stores refusal to accept any current Subway discount coupons distributed in publications in Frederick, MD. At first they refused to accept Buy-One Get-One-Free coupons. Now they posted signage and refuse to accept ANY Subway coupons. This should be against franchise rules and regulations. A Subway franchise restaurant should be required to accept any Subway coupons distributed in the geographical area of the store. I wasted my time and gas going to this Subway restaurant to buy subs with discount coupons only to learn that they would not be accepted. Both I and the other customer there at the same time left without a purchase after staff refused to accept our coupons. Others should speak out and object to this unfriendly practice of refusing to accept valid coupons issued in the geographical area of this Subway Restaurant.
