  I’m here at 9 am and store says they open at 8am and the doors are locked. I looked inside see the lady’s a get her attention and she kept shaking her head no. What? Multiple times I’ve experienced bad service from this store. Guess this will be my last time try

  Food is fine (it's a Subway), staff are friendly, but online orders are almost never ready when promised.

  I got here after placing my order 20 minutes ago to find one person working the counter and my food Hadn’t even been made yet. There was one person working attending only to the people in line not attending to people trying to pick up orders. This is very unacceptable customer service. I may not be back here. I may not be back to Subway® in the future period. I’m very dissatisfied with a customer service that received today
