Went here on Friday and the lady charged me $4 extra for a Ham and Salami sandwich ($3.99 special). I told her about it and instead of her giving me a refund, she said I was charged more because of the veggies added to the sandwich. Every sandwich gets veggies but now you are charging additional fees for veggies??! Instead of her taking accountability for her actions, she made excuses. If you decide to go here, pay close attention as they are ringing you up and ALWAYS get a receipt as they will try to scam you out of paying extra for no reason.
Wow. I’ve literally gotten subway hundreds of times and never gotten this weak of a sub, there is NOTHING on this. I get like over 10 different ingredients and yet my sub way bland and empty. I could basically only taste the spinach which is insane because the reason I even get spinach on my sub is because I can’t taste it. But somehow out of all the ingredients I got on it, it completely stood out. I ordered on the app so I couldn’t even be there to correct the lady. I ordered two of the same subs so I could save one for later but I was still completely hungry after the first one that was able to eat a full second sub in one sitting. Unbelievable. Worker should be ashamed.
Check your receipts, a tip was automatically added to my bill. The sandwich was ok in terms of freshness of bread and quality and quantity of the meat, cheeses and vegetables. I didn’t appreciate a tip being added and then the receipt thrown in my bag and not given to me. Luckily I pulled it out while I was still at the counter. I don’t mind tipping but I didn’t appreciate how this was handled.
I waited for 20 minutes before someone came to service. Keep in mind the bell rings when someone walks in AND I asked if anyone was there. I could hear them in the back watching some sort of show or scrolling through instagram reels.
The new menu is delicious, if only the workers here knew what was on it and were friendlier.
