  Be very thorough and double check ship to addresses- recently shipped documents utilizing a self addressed return envelope. Fed ex representative there fat fingered first number of the ship to office address, I didn't catch the error on reviewing it and it was delivered to wrong address. Huge hassle and concern as docs had confidential info. And now forced with trying to chase down docs hundreds of miles away- zero assistance from fed ex doing so. Won't be using this location to ship diddly anymore.

  absolutely terrible customer service. The lady was the rudest lady I’ve ever met in my entire life (I am not exaggerating). I went to the desk and gave me attitude from the start. when I gave her my dress she said I did not have the necklace to go with it but never asked for it I handed it over to her as she sealed the bag. I told her that I gave her the wrong address to the wrong barcode and she claims she already sealed it when she could have easily opened it back up and closed it without a problem. I continue to show her that she put the wrong dress in the bag and she sighed loudly as it was not a huge deal because the bags were meant to be opened and closed. She insisted that I gave her the right dress. Absolutely rude overall.
