  I ship a couple packages a week through EBAY or Etsy sales. If I have a choice between shippers, I always ship FedEx from this location. No lines, and even though they have a scanner for prepaid, I’m always greeted and assisted by their friendly staff, in and out in under a minute with a smile on my face.

  Excellent staff inside; friendly and efficient.. They would get 5 stars if they made the entrance have automatic doors.. those packages can be heavy and having to open the door to get in did kinda suck. But, overall, 4 stars.

  I’ve dealt with many FedEx locations over the years due to my work, and this one has to be one of the best. The customer service is always top notch - they are friendly, professional, competent and timely. So glad we have a great location here in Frederick!
