  I came into Cricket in Frederick today with what felt like so many requests. A monthly plan established as a new customer for multiple lines including a number transfer from my previous service provider and all new devices. I definitely didn't have all my ducks in a row for required information so there were a few bumps along the way on my end regarding the number transfer. Regardless of all of those things Danny was so incredibly patient and kind with me. He spent an extensive amount of time with me making sure each and every step was done correctly. He was so incredibly helpful today and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He was able to give plenty of detailed information about plans, devices, and pricing to help me choose what was best for my personal needs. I truly can't say enough positive things about my whole experience with Danny today.

  Visite la tienda recientemente, y tube una experiencia muy positiva con Johanna, fue muy amable y siempre estubo dispuesta a ayudar cuando tenia alguna. Definitivamente fue una experiencia muy buena en la tienda.
