  I had just come to Advanced Auto from the Auto Zone on Golden Mile, where the employee was unable to help me with an air filter for my car because neither of us knew what "S" or "SE" was on her screen, and I knew nothing about the engine, so I left empty handed and tried Advanced Auto on Crestwood. I told the employee I only knew the year my car was made and nothing else - he went outside and took a picture of my license plate, pulled up my car on his computer, and I walked out with the correct air filter in under one minute. What a difference in service and helpfulness!! It was a breath of fresh air.

  Visited Crestwood store (store # 06297) in Frederick today for battery replacement. Joseph greeted me as soon as I’m in & help me with what I needed. He is very knowledgeable & professional. He explained me clearly about the brand & type of products what my car should use, also benefits of the warranty purchase should be considered (which I did). Then, he installed the new battery quickly & professionally. Thank you Joseph !

  I purchased a car battery here. There are advertisements all over the website and the physical store that say they have free battery installation. As soon as I pay for the battery, I am told they can't do the installation. Go somewhere else for your car parts.
