  Visited Crestwood store (store # 06297) in Frederick today for battery replacement. Joseph greeted me as soon as I’m in & help me with what I needed. He is very knowledgeable & professional. He explained me clearly about the brand & type of products what my car should use, also benefits of the warranty purchase should be considered (which I did). Then, he installed the new battery quickly & professionally. Thank you Joseph !

  I purchased a car battery here. There are advertisements all over the website and the physical store that say they have free battery installation. As soon as I pay for the battery, I am told they can't do the installation. Go somewhere else for your car parts.

  David Bruce provided an exceptional experience during my visit. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and truly focused on understanding my needs. I was dealing with a difficult and unexpected issue with my mother-in-law’s car, and David Bruce went above and beyond to help me—he even assisted me out in the parking lot. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I’m grateful for his support and the outstanding service at the Advance Auto Parts on Crestwood by Ballenger creek. Highly recommend!
