  The employees are not lazy in this UPS and they are polite. Never had an issue you come and go all my packages have been sent properly

  I am writing to formally complain about a deeply distressing incident involving my elderly father and the store manager, Mr. Kim, at your Fort Washington store. My father was attempting to explain that an Amazon delivery had arrived without external packaging. While I understand there may be specific store policies regarding unboxed items, Mr. Kim’s response was unprofessional and discriminatory. He treated my father with extreme disrespect and ultimately forced him to leave the premises. This level of hostility toward a senior citizen is unacceptable, and I would like to know how UPS intends to address this manager's conduct.

  The customer service here is always top tier. I also love all of the services offered here so much so as of today, I now have a business mailbox with this location.

  The ladies in the store did not greet me and my child as I walked in the store. As I was asking questions about my package one was on the phone scrolling. The other lady brush my question off. As I started to get upset they tried to act a as if I was the problem
